These guys are awesome. I’ve been taking my trucks there for over 20 years. They always use the best parts and their prices are always good. I’ve even had them lift my jeep and put tires on my wife’s suv because I always get a good price. The mechanic whos name I forget is very smart and always does great work. I’ll never go anywhere else. I wish everybody knew about ultimate.

These guys are great!! Nish made my lift and tire purchase simple. I liked how he asked all the right questions to get me a perfect setup for my 4Runner. Scheduling was a breeze. Would highly recommend!!! Thank you

These guys are the best in the business. They have modified two rigs of mine--so far.. The attitude is always, "Can do!" The quality of the work is top-notch. They do what they say they are going to do. They finish on time! That's five stars earned! Thank you, Nish!

Pretty disappointed with the service here after seeing the positive reviews... Took my Sequoia in for wheel spacers and alignment after installing a lift myself. I arrived to find 2 center caps missing and a third barely hanging on. They told me "they were already broken" to which I responded "it's been driven 140k miles and had 3 sets of tires without any issues with the center caps" (Important to note, the center caps don't need removal to take off the wheel.) I explained this to the Tech and his response was that he was concerned about scratching my center caps which is why he removed them? Not a huge deal if they would have handled it more professionally, and with customer satisfaction in mind. No discount or replacement offered even after requesting a replacement. These center caps are $103 a piece to replace from Toyota. Went in and paid for a $180 service and left with a $300 bill. I wanted my truck back the way I left it with them, and they could have cared less. Completely unsatisfactory and unprofessional service at Ultimate 4x4 Reply to your response: Yes, I did the lift myself. Love my setup ** update 8/25/2017** I've had some questions/issues with my truck and the suspension. These guys have bent over backwards to be accommodating and fix any issues or problems it may have. I lost one of the pieces to my rims and they gave me a replacement for free. These guys have excellent customer service, I trust them totally. Sometimes they seem a little busy and I have to wait two weeks to get something major done. However, that seems to be normal for these specialized 4x4 shops.
